ReVamping is Sewing at its EASY & AFFORDABLE BEST!

  1. Find your original textile. This is your inspiration piece. It will provide you with most of your material to work with.

  2. Click a BEFORE PHOTO. This is important. You need this to enter!

  3. Plan your own unique creation. This is where you map out your idea. Give sketching a try (even if it is a doodle on a napkin!). Play with a few different ideas and choose your favourite!

  4. Start ReVamping! ReCreate your ‘something old’ into something new.

  5. ReClick another photo or two of your final creation. Be sure to highlight your sewing work in your photos 

How to Upload your images

 1. If you haven't already registered for an account (and been entered into the contest) just click on the Register link as shown below.

2. Your next screen is where you enter all of your contact information to enter the contest. Make sure to fill in all areas marked as Required. This information is only used for contacting the winners in each category. Only your Username is publicly shown on the website.

3. Once you click Register an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail you provided in order to activate your account. Check your e-mail and click on the link as directed.

4. Once you have been activated just enter your username and password as you chose and click Login.

5. Click on the How to Enter/Upload Images button and then the Upload Now button.

6. You now are presented with a screen where you will create your folder where your project pictures will be stored. It is IMPORANT that the naming of your folder starts with the category you will be entering. The choices are:

FASHION (General Fashionistas)

DIVA (Design Divas - College or University Design Diva)

TREND (Junior Trendsetter - Anyone under the age of 16)

STAR (Scrapbooking Stars) 

Following one of the category titles above please include at least your first name or screen name and the name and type of project you are doing.

7. As an example here is what an entry would look like for Debbie, a Design Diva.

8. Once you have entered the required Category and Description just click Create. 

9. Now all that is left is to upload your images. Just click on the Upload tab to begin.

10. For each photo you upload make sure to include a title and description of what you are showing. This will be used to judge your project.

11. Use the browse icon to locate the photo you would like to upload. Once you have selected it click ok. Then click the Start Upload button.

 THAT'S IT! You are entered into the contest. Update your photos as you develop your ReVamp. Good luck!
