Only use ELx705 needles with Janome CoverPro series machines 

Anatomy: With a point that is slightly rounded, the Schmetz ELx705 needle has a reinforced blade with two groves and “Extra Long” scarf  needed for creating specialty serger and cover stitch finishes. The ELx705 is the only needle recommended for coverpro and but can also be used with Janome sergers.

Recommended Uses: Create perfect seams, top stitching and finishes on a serger or coverpro sewing machines. Depending on the type of fabric, Schmetz ELx705 needles are available in multiple sizes.
