The high capacity metal bobbin (Version 1) holds 40% more thread than traditional (L-Class) bobbins. More thread on the bobbin means more uninterrupted sewing time. Plan ahead and always keep a couple extra prewound bobbins on-the-ready. Use the machines independent bobbin winder and be ready for the next change over.

V1 Jumbo Bobbin Characteristics:  Has a fractionally “larger diameter” and “flat top”. It is engineered to only work with the corresponding bobbin race and case (bobbin holder) and is not interchangeable with V2 parts.

Does Not Fit the HD9-BE, HD9 (Version 2), HD9QCP models. Locate the serial number on the back of the HD9 to determine your model version.
